Mr. Clark, joined Five Below, Inc as Senior Vice President of Human Resources in October of 2014. Prior to joining Five Below, Mr. Clark served as Vice President, Retail Human Resources of Dollar General Corp, since 2012, where he was responsible for all aspects of human resources for 11,500 stores and 100,000 employees. Previously, Mr. Clark held multiple executive positions within human resources at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. from 2002 to 2012, including Vice President of Talent Management and Vice President HR Admin and Strategy at Sam’s Club.
