InaMarie Johnson is senior vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer at Plantronics. In this role, she supports the company's broad business objectives and sets strategic direction for people and culture to drive innovation and growth. Johnson joined Plantronics in 2015 and has over twenty years of experience in human resources leadership. Previously, she was senior vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer at UTi Worldwide, a $4 billion non-asset-based supply chain management company with more than 370 offices in over sixty countries. During her four years with UTi, she and her team established engagement and development programs at all levels of the company along with change management tools. She spent a decade at Honeywell, where she provided human resources leadership for the transportation systems and specialty materials divisions, including organizational design, talent management, compensation, employee and labor relations, staffing, learning and diversity. She also held various human resources leadership positions for six years at The Clorox Company. Johnson is a featured leader in the 2014 book Leading Well: The Essence of Wholehearted Inspirational Leaders and has been published in the Harvard Business Review and other business publications on a variety of leadership topics. She is a board member of Harbor Interfaith Services, a non-profit organization serving the homeless and working poor based in Southern California.
