Lyle Wells

Throughout his professional career Lyle’s goal has been to instruct and inspire others. A graduate of Colorado State University, he began his career as an educator serving as a classroom teacher, department chair, coach, and administrator. During this time Lyle was part of two school staffs that earned National School of Excellence awards and coached teams that won state championships in football, basketball, and the State Knowledge Bowl. He then moved on to the college level where he served as Athletic Director, adjunct instructor, and Head Men’s Basketball Coach. During this stint Lyle mentored multiple academic All-American awards, six All-American athletic awards, one National Scholar Athlete of the Year, and earned the 2004 National Coach of the Year award. His focus is now on growing greatness in others through his role as senior leadership consultant to educators in some of the largest school systems in the world, senior executives at global corporations in a variety of industries, and leaders of large nonprofit organizations. Lyle’s passion for leadership and experience in the corporate, education and non-profit sector give him a unique ability to accelerate performance with everyone he works with. He is a dynamic speaker and leader and has delivered workshops and seminars across the United States, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. He has gone on to earn a master’s degree in Leadership from the University of Colorado and an additional bachelor’s degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Lyle and his wife Ronda have been married for 23 years and reside in College Station, Texas, with their two children, Michael, 19, and Jordan, 15.
